The Angus breed has made a name for itself regarding quality and flavor so we are pleased to continue to offer our grass finished Angus beef by the quarter, half or whole carcass. Since Angus cattle are known for their superior tenderness and flavor, we have carefully selected beeves that insure an excellent eating experience for you, our customers. Our grass fed beef is available as whole, half or split half (one quarter) quantities. Orders for whole and half beeves are cut to your specifications, dry aged for 15 or more days and frozen in double white wrap to seal in freshness. Split half beef orders will be cut based on a fixed set of cutting instructions that we provide the processor. You may order whole, half and split half beeves. Prices include delivery to processor, cut and wrap. These prices are based on hanging carcass weight. Retail weight will be less due to loss of bone and trim. To order, contact us here.
